Corrin S. DeBettencourt is a Senior Consultant with Roffman Horvitz PLC. The Firm advises employers on a broad array of human resource compliance matters. Corrin supports the firm and its clients in the development of equal opportunity programs, pay equity analyses, workforce data reviews and surveys of state and federal regulations.

Corrin has over 20 years of experience in human resource compliance and data analytics and has designed and delivered hundreds of federal and state EEO and affirmative action plans for organizations across a wide array of business areas, including defense, healthcare, technology, and financial services. She has particular expertise in the analysis of workforce and compensation data — including statistical analyses of hire, promotion, and termination decisions, and applicant flow analyses across each stage of the recruiting process — and maintains a Certified Compensation Professional designation. Corrin spent her early career as a project manager for software and internet start-up companies in the Boston area.
