I-9 / E-Verify Compliance
Roffman Horvitz conducts, directs, and oversees I-9 and E-Verify audits to ensure that the employer is complying with its responsibilities to verify correctly each new employee’s identity and lawful ability to work in the United States within three days of the employee’s hire date. We advise on lawful ways to update or correct forms and create a log for the employer to use in its good faith defense to any violations.
